 Prompt Response: One dish that is from my culture is Macaroni and Cheese. It's a cheesy pasta dish that is creamy and full of flavor. In my culture it is more than just a dish, it's a comfort food that is severed during holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New years day.

Summary: It is an important dish in my culture because it is a tradition and could be a comfort food. 

Reflection: This helped me think about  how food can represent family and culture. Mac & Cheese is special because it reminds people of love by the way it's cooked.
